Furthermore, on the Tradeshift platform the tool 'Determine' can be used to store legal contracts, including the functionality of digitally signing contracts with 'DocuSign'.

Kofax Supplier Portal has been built to tighten the relationship between the supplier and the buying organization and to create a streamlined and transparent way to communicate. With Supplier Portal, suppliers can check invoice status and communicate by adding attachments and notes. Allowing suppliers to access their own invoices, see the current status and “self-serve” and manage their own information will decrease the time used for administrative tasks and allows both partners to focus on high value tasks.
