With its plain and aquadrinks ranges, Volvic wants to inspire consumers to adopt healthier drinking habits while nourishing their inner strength. Over the past decade, Volvic has notably focused on:
- Making drinking plain water fun for kids with its iconic Disney license mascot bottles and education programs in schools.
- Improving water access in Africa: Volvic has partnered since 2006 with UNICEF, allowing thanks to the support of its consumers, hundreds of thousands of people in African communities to get access to clean water.
-Striving to achieve the best tasting aquadrinks with the lowest amount of sugar: by the end of 2018, Volvic will have reduced the sugar content to less than 50 grams per 1 L across all of its water-based beverage ranges while maintaining the same sensory experience.

With this in mind and loyal to Danone’s commitment to always healthier and more transparent alimentation, and its understanding that the health of people and the health of the planet are interconnected, Volvic has launched in May 2018 three new exciting ranges of organic water-based beverages.

Volvic Volcanic Experience
1 event, 3 days, 3 experiences in the heart of the Auvergne volcanic region for an immersive adventure combining sports, culture and festivities.
Created in 2017, the Volvic Volcanic Experience was born thanks to the wonder of men rooted in their authentic territory to make discover differently the volcanic region of Volvic in all its aspects: athletically, culturally and musically.
Bringing together many values: uniqueness, quality, conviviality and environmental responsibility, the VVX has been planned to dazzle all participants with nature’s beauty in the exceptional setting of the Cha?ne des Puys and to make this an unforgettable sporting challenge!
At the 2nd edition in 2018, Volvic was proud to introduce its new global brand ambassador, trail running athlete Kilian Jornet. Volvic also announced that it became the official water and health partner of the Ultra-Trail? World Tour (UTWT), the series of the most emblematic trail running races in the world.
Both announcements represent an exciting path ahead for Volvic and underscore the brand’s dedication to sport and nature.

The history of our unique volcanic water
It all began 35 million years ago when the Volvic granite bedrock fractured under pressure from the Pyrenees and the Alps, later allowing magma to rise up through these fractures, creating the volcano chain known as the Cha?ne des Puys in France.
